General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the [S4FN MTD Add-on for SAP ERP] (“Add-on”), which is provided by [S4FN] (“Company”). By downloading, installing, or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Add-on.
2. License Grant Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on solely for its intended purpose in connection with the corresponding desktop software.
3. Restrictions You shall not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Add-on or any part thereof.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on.
- Use the Add-on for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Add-on to any third party.
4. Ownership The Add-on, including all intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of the Company. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Add-on or any associated intellectual property.
5. Updates and Support The Company may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Add-on. These updates may be subject to additional terms. The Company is not obligated to provide support or maintenance services for the Add-on unless explicitly agreed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Add-on.
8. Termination The Company may terminate your access to the Add-on at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Add-on and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be made available through the Add-on or on the Company’s website. Your continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
